Eco-Friendly Packaging Returns – Now Free & Hassle-Free!

At Organic fresh Beef, sustainability matters. That’s why we’re excited to introduce our free packaging returns service, giving our gel packs and insulated liners a second life—and helping reduce waste together!

How It Works:

What to Return: Only undamaged gel packs & insulated liners (no food-contact packaging like vacuum bags or meat trays).
When to Return: Please wait until you’ve collected a MINIMUM of 4 orders worth of packaging before returning to maximize efficiency.
Pack It Up: Use ANY Sturdy large box (just remove any old labels!) and seal it tightly with strong tape.

Simple Steps to Return:

Visit the Worldwidedeliverytrace.com Returns Page
Select Organic Fresh Beef as the retailer
Enter your last order number as the reference
Choose “Equipment Return” as the reason
Select “Large” parcel size
Submit your contact details to receive your label via email
Print & attach the label (don’t cover it with tape!)
Drop off at your nearest worldwidedeliverytrace.com Pickup Shop

To make our packaging reuse program viable and successful (and keep unnecessary waste out of landfills!), we need your help. Here’s how you can contribute:

Collect a minimum of 4 orders worth of undamaged packaging before returning – We can’t reuse soiled liners or dirty icepacks
Keep it clean – Please don’t send back soiled or wet packaging
Full Large boxes only – We currently accept only large, complete returns (no small parcels or returns from a small number of orders)
Secure properly – Tape boxes shut firmly so they survive transit
