Our Organic Eye of the Round Roast Beef is a Lean Slow Roasting Joint. Delicious for an Organic Roast Beef Dinner or alternatively Cooked, cooled and sliced for nice lean Organic Roast Beef Sandwiches! . Sourced from Organic grass-fed, free-ranging cattle, this cut of beef is as wholesome as it is delicious. The eye of the round is known for its lean, firm texture, making it a healthier choice for beef lovers. Our organic roast beef is carefully aged to enhance its natural flavours. Season with a blend of organic herbs and spices and it will be a mouthwatering centerpiece that’s not only tasty but also ethically and sustainably produced.  Our Organic Beef comes from our own Organic Farm at Coolanowle, Ballickmoyler, Co. Laois, where we’ve been farming Organically since 2001.
