Our Organic Beef Pastrami is a cut from the Silverside and eye of round organic beef which is hand cured and then rolled in spices. It’s a culinary delight that’s sure to tantalize your taste buds. Our organic beef comes from our own farm at Coolanowle, Ballickmoyler, Co. Laois where we’ve been farming Organically since 2001.

Curing salt contains sodium nitrite (E250)–under 50 mg/kg.
Spice rub contains sugar, pepper, cayenne pepper, paprika, garlic, mustard.
